Everyone will be posting their holiday dinners. Here’s mine. My sister outdid herself. The turkey was brined, and wrapped in bacon, shallots, and herbs. Potatoes (mashed and au gratin), brussel sprouts, amazing stuffing, cranberry-beet relish, etc. And of course, this picture does not show the three snacky courses with champagne before (she calls it an amuse bouche.) I’m going to pass out now.
